It will be great to see Dr Who again; starts Easter Monday i think - rumours have started about Matt Smith leaving soon of course, but he has been in for while now. Said rumours also say he's keen to do other things & films.

Better yet Game of Thrones 3 is starting round then too. i got my DVD set of GOT 2 not long ago for about £25 [pre-ordered through Amazon and they always do a good price], so will do a quick catch-up before then if i can. But i remember the important bits. *note to self: finish the last book!*

Thank you so much for the Easter card; loved the wererabbit! No, i don't 'do' Easter either, especially as i'm not religious at all.
There'll be much rejoicing this year for the faithful, with the new Pope and all. Apparently he's pretty traditional, so it'll be anti-gay [never mind gay marriage], anti-abortion still. Same old, same old to me. He is pro-poor which makes the rest of the Church nervous. When you think just how rich they are, it makes a mockery of such 'sayings' - if they sold off even half of what they own, they could end poverty in most of South America, Haiti & Cuba too. The Pope lives in luxurious appartments, like most of the Cardinals and Church big-wigs and most of their parishioners live in horrifying slums and dirt-poor areas. They could solve the financial crisis in the Mediterranean overnight, had they a mind to lend struggling countries a hand. Oh well, i guess 'the poor will always be with us'...

I am SO excited about Game of Thrones season 3, I actually signed up for HBO (they are having a discounted deal, I think they realized that a lot of people like me would pay the discounted price and boost their ratings, instead of watching illegally online. LOL). And I'm thinking I should reread the books because I really got more and more into them (the last book, Dance w/Dragons, is by far my favorite), but of course I won't reread the books right now because I'm into the never ending 'in Death' series. ;)

Oh I think Doctor Who is on Easter Eve (ie next Saturday night), I'm very excited about that too.... I heard about Matt Smith maybe leaving, and I've enjoyed him a lot, but I'm not all that attached to him... I have no problem trying on a new Doctor (I still miss Christopher Eccleston a lot, I know... I'm weird).
