30. What's in your make-up bag?
Don't really have one, that i take with me all the time. i keep a whole load of make-up in the top drawer of my bureau in the bedroom, with enough eye-shadow to colour a regiment! Not used much though. i do take mascara in my bag sometimes, if i go out to dinner. i do take some make-up with me on trips, to Cons mostly; especially if i'm having photos taken. If you don't wear make-up, you can look horribly bleached out, so that's a must. i take the full works [for me!] of a powder 'foundation', various eye-shadows & eye make-up and a couple of 'lippys'. They get added to my 'sponge-bag' of stuff like deodorant, toothbrush/paste and hairspray, etc; they don't always get a bag of their own. i used to take my temp tattoos too, of course, for the Cons - i wasn't Lovejames until i had them on. Some people actually didn't recognise me until i did! Isn't that a hoot?
For day to day now though, it's moisturiser and a really good sunblock. After getting skin lesions removed, you add that to your going-outside basics right quick, believe me! i dye my eyebrows [when i remember!] and only need a bit of mascara to look reasonable... well, you know what i mean! :D
i wasn't sure if i was going to be able to post today, having missed yesterday as well. Computer started to act strangely online, giving a normal website for some and a very strange no-picture one on others. Then i couldn't do a System-Restore and that put the kybosh on it and i took it down to Shapoor today. i wasn't sure if he could even get to it today, he is SO busy and of course, it is Sunday tomorrow. But the little darling rang me just before 5pm and said all done. Luckily no Trojans or similar nasties and the only thing he could find was some of the internet settings had altered slightly [not by me]. He says it probably was one of the many security updates that come through from Windows. Apparently they can do stuff like this frequently. He says if it happens again, he will write down the procedure he used for me, so i can check that over myself, before taking my pc down to him. Isn't that sweet?? He charges me the barest minimum - i mean, £35 for such a rush job on a horribly busy day, what would you? i'm never going to change my IT man!
