31 Day Blog Challenge - Day 16

What's at the top of your Bucket List?

Don't really have one. You have to be realistic and remember the guys in the film had a LOT of money to throw at it.  Sure, there are things i'd like to do but not to the Bucket List extreme.

i've done my hot air balloon thing [though i wouldn't mind doing it again] and visited the Grand Canyon. Some of the things i'd still like to do are not possible without help and i simply don't have the manpower to do them. i'll be content with day trips with Mark and occasional trips to shows & plays in London [that have afternoon matinees, so i can take the train] and concerts and theatre here in CB. Don't wish for the moon, you'll be a lot less frustrated and a lot happier.

Must be getting old!  Day numbers all confused...
These are temp tattoos but i wouldn't mind getting them done for real...  Not sure if my old lady skin would take it though ; i can ask i guess :)

I have not seen the film that this question is inspired by!

Hmmmm - tattoos, I have never felt the inclination. I'd quite like a face lift, but I'm too scared (or a neck lift as my neck is getting all craggy!).

In the film, two men share beds next to each other in hospital and draw up a list of things they'd like to see and do, before they die. As one [Jack Nicholson] has pots of cash, he persuades the other [Morgan Freeman, the reason i watched the film] to go and fulfill the list. They have a lot of fun, before one pops off.
i'd always wanted my birth-sign tattooed on my shoulder, since i read Nell Warren's The Front Runner. Never regretted getting any of them; and let's face it, not being a youngster when i had it done, i had a long time to make up my mind!

I do like Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson too come to think of it. Cracking actors. I've gone off tats a bit with people having sleeves and stuff...seems a bit much and hate it when they go 'blue' instead of nice original colours. I used to luv your Chinese symbols, my sisters and I would look out for you at cons and gigs, they definitely stood out. :D I can't believe you've been in a balloon....my idea of hell with the vertigo. :O My bucket list would be a round the world cruise and return to the Queen Mary and do the ghost tour and also stay in New York and meet my 'net friend there plus ice skate...she's promised to buy me a pair of ice skates if I ever get to goal weight...I don't think she needs to be saving up. ;)

Awww, you're sweet! i wasn't Lovejames till i got me tats on! It was a great way of connecting with people i met on the internet, a sign 'here i am' for sure. Round the world cruise does sound great, doesn't it? i've never had the opportunity [or the inclination] to go ice skating, though there was a rink somewhere in Sydney. Friend took me to an ice-hockey game once; i'd forgotten that.
